Welcome to Klyroco. By using our platform you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Klyroco is a discovery platform connecting shoppers with local markets, festivals, and the vendors who participate in them. We do not sell goods directly — we connect you to the people who do.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Klyroco. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@klyroco.com.
You agree not to misuse Klyroco — including posting false information, harassing other users, scraping data, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Reviews and content you post must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Klyroco is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including missed events, vendor cancellations, or inaccurate listings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Klyroco after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Your privacy matters to us. Here's how Klyroco collects, uses, and protects your information.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, preferences) and usage data (pages visited, events saved, vendors followed). We use cookies for authentication and analytics.
We use your data to personalize your feed, send event reminders you've opted into, improve our recommendations, and communicate important platform updates.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with vendors you explicitly follow or interact with, and trusted service providers (Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payments) under strict confidentiality agreements.
You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard. To request full data deletion, email privacy@klyroco.com.
We use industry-standard encryption and authentication to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take it seriously.
